Phil has been a part of the Discipleship Home program and Twin Cities Church for more than a year. This is the story of how TCM and the church have helped him in his journey.
Since 2010, we’ve been ministering to the individuals incarcerated in Ramsey County Jail, and our team meets with over 160 inmates at the jail each week. Our staff and volunteers are involved in the daily lives of inmates through teaching, counseling, and equipping the inmates for gospel transformation and successful life after release.
